Vermont Children’s Museum invites you to a our first family friendly gala. Dress your best and enjoy a magical evening of live entertainment and activities for the young and young at heart!
Theme: Grand Friends
“It takes a village to raise a child” and the Grand Friends Gala is a celebration of the special friends and family who help complete your “village”.
Who: Children, parents/caregivers, relatives, loved ones, friends, and supporters are invited to attend.
What: Guests will enjoy live entertainment, music and dancing, a basket raffle, a photo station, a new puppet theater custom made by Maple Landmark, a draw your dream children’s museum creativity station, glitter face paint, appetizers, a dessert table, and the option to purchase food from Viva el Sabor serving tinga de pollo, tacos de barbacoa, and rice and beans bowls.
When: Friday, April 26th, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Emma Jeanne Hoops (hula hoop dancing performance) 4:00-5:00pm
Jumpin’ Jamie (children’s songs and puppetry performance) 5:15-6:00pm
Dancing 6:00-7:00pm
Where: At the beautiful Town Hall Theater in Middlebury
Why: This event is a wonderful opportunity to come together as a community and support the museum's mission of providing a safe and enriching environment for children to learn and grow. All proceeds from the event will benefit Vermont Children's Museum's programming for children and families.
